SHIPPING
Orders placed through the Soggy Dog LLC Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to the shipping terms contained in these Terms of Sale and the shipping terms and charges presented on the Site at the time of sale. In the very unlikely event that your purchase does not arrive, Soggy Dog LLC must receive notification in either writing (includes email) or phone within 45 days of the shipping notification email that you received.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- A separate charge for shipping and handling will be reflected on Soggy Dog LLC invoice(s).
- Soggy Dog LLC offers FREE SHIPPING on orders $100.00 or more to destinations within the lower 48 contiguous states. Some exclusions apply and will be noted on product details.
- There will be a $7.95 flat rate shipping charge on orders less than $100.00 when being shipped with the lower 48 contiguous states.
- Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping charge based on the total cost of items purchased:

- We ship using UPS and US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental United States. If you are not able to receive your order using either of these services please indicate in the comments field when you place your order.
SHIPMENT DELIVERIES
- Soggy Dog LLC shall not be liable for any delays in delivery outside the reasonable control of Soggy Dog LLC including but not limited to delays caused by weather, product unavailability from Soggy Dog LLC suppliers or natural disaster.
