All returns must be completed within 30 days of invoice date.
All returns must be in the original manufacturers package with all original package material.
All miscellaneous manuals, accessories and parts must be included with return. Customer will be billed accordingly.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective products are allowed for return within 14 days of invoice date for exchange, replacement or credit. After 30 days manufacture warranty will apply.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Any returned received as cash on delivery will be refused.
All replacement items will be shipped after Soggy Dog LLC has received and processed Customers defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to Customer on the replacement item when it is shipped.
Soggy Dog LLC will not be held responsible for Customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the shipping charges.
Special order items will not be considered for return.
All credits will be made back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after item has been received by Soggy Dog LLC.
In the event a package arrives damaged, it is best for Customer to refuse the package. If Customer signs for and keeps the package, Customer should notate the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
